Sculptor and nature lover, Sienna received her BFA in Studio Arts in 2008. An avid traveler and obsessive object maker, she spends her time making everything from ceramic sculpture to fabric works, fine cuisine to homemade pickles. She completed an artist’s residency at the Mendocino Art Center in the spring of 2009, and continues to pursue artistic endeavors in turn with working at Lulu*s.com!

It seems that summer and super hot colors go together like 4th of July and fireworks! 2012 is a big year for neon, and as we just start to crest into the summer months, things will only get hotter.

That’s why we are IN LOVE with China Glaze’s Summer Neon Collection of nail lacquers. Paired with your personal arm party and some cutoffs, these colors are enough to make you “glow wild”. Colors pictured from top to bottom are Flirty Tankini, Hang-Ten Toes, Sun-Kissed, I’m with the Lifeguard, and Orange You Hot?

When you listen to her newest single Every Single Night it only takes a second to realize that this fruitful beauty hasn’t lost a thing, especially not her affinity for a quirky-yet-sensual music video complete with octopus hat!

Lulu*s How-To: Rainbow Eye Shadow Tutorial

OK, so I know that rainbow eyes may not be what you wear to the office, but I couldn’t help indulging in this season’s trend by creating an eye-catching look on our model Grace. If you’re even a little bit daring, you can try this look for a festival or a Friday night, and you’ve got to admit, it’s pretty crazy cool!

We used the /0/” target=”_blank”>Paint Eye Shadow Palette by Milani, which is wonderfully pigmented for some seriously saturated color!

1. Start with a layer of foundation to act as a primer, but also to help the colors come out truer. Working from the innermost corner of the eye, apply your first color.

2. Use a separate brush with concealer to straighten out the edge; the concealer will act as an eraser to cancel out any stray color!

3. Continue adding lines of color and concealer as desired, and work your final color from underneath the eye to the outermost edge.

4. Finish with black eyeliner and mascara!

Hot Tip: Use a different brush for each color so that you can touch up your colors along the way!
