Blogger Spotlight: Ashleigh of The Daileigh

Fashion | 03 January 2013

Ashleigh, of The Daileigh is one cool chick. Residing in Maryland and blogging her heart out; her style is all about clean lines and trendy statement pieces. Chartreuse skinny jeans? Check! Army jacket? Check! Spike accessories and rad statement necklaces? Check! I love visually interesting outfits with a splash of color or an extra detail that makes it special and Ashleigh is a pro at that! Take a look below, the proof is all there!

I love this spiked jacket paired with a metallic clutch and patent shoes. It makes an all black ensemble sparkle with bits of interest!

Perfect color play!

Crisp white shirt and Louboutin’s? Absolute do! Such a classic look. I love the plaid clutch to keep it playful and interesting.

This is a great coat for staying warm and cute all winter. The drop waist ruffle and the peek of red lining are adorable details.

White on white is super chic and always in style. Love the spike clutch to keep the look fresh and young.

Sparkle sleeve army jackettttttt….you are my dream coat. Come to me.

Camo is choice…all year, all the time. Love it as a clutch and love it even more with those lucite heels, baby-baby! Ooo weee.

Cure for the Winter Blues: Annabella Barber for Harper’s Bazaar Australia December 2012

Fashion | 27 December 2012

As I may have mentioned before, winter is not my thing. I long for the hot and sunny summer months where days are long and there is a dreamy sense of youth in the air.  Alas,  seasons are not affected by my wishes. In order to keep our heads up and spirits bright through all the cold months, we have decided to start a new series for this season, Cures for the Winter Blues! For our first post I wanted to share a cool-blue, ocean photo shoot from Harper’s Bazaar Australia. This sun-drenched shoot full of sparkling waters and gorgeous clothing is starring model Annabella Barber and was shot by photographer Simon Lekias.

Feeling cold and tired? Get energized by these gorgeously bright and sunny photos below!

Fashion | 20 December 2012

Tis’ the season to layer and and stay warm. Keeping it cute while being layered up and toasty can sometimes be hard without feeling like the Michelin Man. Take a look at how some of our favorite bloggers have stayed warm with these wintery looks!

Constance from Constance Victoria in our Lost Forest Black cropped jacket staying warm with tights and a fuzzy beanie.

Hallie of Hallie Daily showing us that with the right layers you can stay warm in heels! Well…maybe not your feet ;) At least those Luichiny Floating bow heels look fab, especially paired with a rad, furry coat!

Here is the always gorgeous Izumi of Hybrid Hunter wearing our  Tripp NYC mini camo print skinny pants! Adding a moto jacket and a hat is the best way to keep warm!

Tina of Tinacious Me styled our studded lace-up combat boots and paired them with one of our favorite trends, the varsity jacket! Winter perfection!

Here is Tina again, styling a rad  Blank NYC Two Tone leather jacket! Check out her blog post here for more winter inspo!

Cecilia of Dearest Lou stayed toasty warm by styling our Diamondback brown sweater and added a splash of color with our Very Volatile Denver Aqua cowboy boots! I love a bit of color in the drab and cold months! Keeps things cheery and warm!

Analisa of Rouge Fox knows the value of a scarf during the cold months! Here she styled our infinity scarf with a soft sweater and perfect platform boots! I love this look.

Flor of Flor de Maria styled our sick Promise Abigail studded motorcycle ankle boots complete with a furry vest, tights and warm headband to battle the winter chill. Love it!
