Elizabeth Olsen for Bullett Magazine

In a pale pink wig, rocking delectable designer confections (that Balmain dress! *swoon*), among a paler than pastel backdrop, indie darling Elizabeth Olsen is straight out of a dream world. As if I didn’t already adore her enough, the interview that accompanies this ethereal photo shoot is chock full of little gems like this: “If I were an older man and I saw a girl my age, who maybe didn’t know herself that well, I would find her so unappealing… But when I see a woman in her 40s and up, I think, God, you know a lot. One day, I’ll get to be desired like you.

Style File: The Oscar After Parties!

After the party… comes the after party!
And this year, our favorite Hollywood starlets were gorgeous in glitz and glam galore.
Brilliant beading,  stunning shapes, and phenomenal floor-lengths were definitely the after party themes.

Olivia Munn and Amy Adams were effortlessly flawless in intricate gowns. Clean up-dos & subtle make-up allowed these two to simply sparkle!

Alessandra Ambrosio slayed in a sheer dress with beading that made us blush. And Kate Bosworth was perfect in a pretty mini. Both ladies proved that it really is all in the details!

Kate Beckinsale was fun & fabulous in a strapless fit & flare! She rocked a high pony and fresh face, completing one of our absolute fave looks of the evening!

Old Hollywood looked young and fresh on Amber Heard & Miranda Kerr. Their side-swept waves, red lips, and long gowns were anything but old and every bit Hollywood!

Sequins & sparkles & shimmer, oh my! Naomi Watts won us over in a shiny one-shoulder, while Rashida Jones was the epitome of class in a simple yet stunning black sequin number.

Jennifer Lawrence went from demure damsel to bodacious babe in a gunmetal gown that fit like a glove. With a to-die-for bodice and waterfall flow, we were completely taken by this look.

And she was wonderfully complemented by her tiny counterpart, the Oscar for Best Actress!

Rihanna Debuts Her River Island Campaign

If you happen to notice Rihanna walking around with another feather in her cap, it’s because she added one for “fashion designer”, thanks to her much-anticipated collection for River Island, which debuted last week at London Fashion Week. Nineties influences prevailed, with throwback pieces like an overalls-inspired top, skirts with attached shirts tied around the waist, crop tops, and a crazy pair of “double-top jeans” that you have to see to believe. Take a peek at some of RiRi’s creations in her new campaign below!

Last night’s red carpet was slightly disappointing given that the most color we saw was the carpet itself. I did love the strapless theme that seemed to transcend across the carpet on almost every dress and I also loved seeing so much sparkle! While this wasn’t my favorite red carpet of the season, I do have some favorites. Who are your picks for best dressed? Share with us below in the comments!

White Hot: Jennifer Lawrence and Charlize Theron both stunned in Dior Couture. Jennifer Lawrence looks like a fairytale princess in a full trumpeted skirt underneath a form fitting bodice while Charlize Theron chose a white peplum dress with a sexy v-cutout and trailing tail. J’adore them in Dior for sure!

Samantha Barks kept it super simple in a little black dress but it is SO working for her. She looks gorgeous in a simple gown with minimal makeup and delicate jewelry.

All Aboard: I appreciate a good train on the red carpet and I think Jennifer Garner and Amanda Seyfried pulled it off. I am loving Jen Garner in this plum silhouette and organza tail. Amanda Seyfried also looked fabulous in her embellished mermaid gown and pulled back up-do.

Adele was nothing short of ravishing in a sparkling black gown by Jenny Packham. The almond-shaped nails, the Bardot eyes… She’s fabulous.

Shine Bright Like A Diamond: Does Sandra Bullock ever disappoint us on the red carpet? I instantly fell in love with her Ellie Saab gown with its intricate details and small train. She also rocked a statement hair clip that made all of E! Fashion Police swoon. Naomi Watts was everything in this futuristic cutout Armani Prive gown that literally looked like it was encrusted with diamonds. Who doesn’t love a little sparkle on the red carpet? Nicely done ladies.

Does Halle Berry never age?! She looks amazing in this Versace gown with structured shoulders and sparkly stripes. The chic cutout in the front and sheer sleeves really make this dress a standout on the red carpet for me. I’d have to say… Halle Berry is my pick for Best Dressed!
