My fashion resolution for the year is to dress up more often, no matter where I’m going. You never know who your going to meet while grocery shopping and running a quick errand, so it’s important to look your best at all times. First impressions are key, and looking good is feeling good! To start, Id’d go with the Alabama Getaway Dress. Adorable and casual enough for a quick run to the grocery store, but could also be dressed up for a night on the town!

My fashion resolution: Plan ahead! As in purchasing great transition pieces to take me from winter to spring, spring to summer and so on. I think a great item to help me fufill this resolution is the Make Do Top. It could be paired with a boyfriend blazer, skinny jeans, boots and a scarf in winter.. (The Northern Lights Scarf in Black would look good paired with the Make DO blouse and a black blazer). In Spring, it can be worn alone with bootcut jeans and sandals. (Qupid Junior 11 Rust Croco Chained Up T Strap Sandal would look awesome paired with dark jeans) But again: my resolution is more transition pieces!

For the past 5 months all I’ve spent my money on is my work uniform(which is either a black or white blouse matched with black or white slacks[boooreingggggg!]) I definitely want to incorporate more color in my wardrobe! I’m thinking the ‘Somebody to Love Dress’ would be a good start because as well as being colorful, it’s still very classic, and I think you would be able to reinvent and recycle this dress for a long time to come, absolute perfection! :) >>http://www.lulus.com/products/Somebody+to+Love+Dress/17660.html
