i agree they didnt look at all 600… please you think they took the time. i spent like 20days if not more working on looks taking the time and most of the stuff i posted sold out.

Sorry but these boards were meh…. They were ordinary to say the least, I shouldn’t have tried so hard, maybe I would have won had I had mediocre pins. Boo!

i looked at all 3 boards and the winners board wasnt even good? i was so excited and thought mine was good! they probably picked the last 3 people that commented…one of the boards only had 34 pins…i mean they didnt even really try!

It’s kind of disappointing to see who the winners were, especially compared to all the other boards that had so many more pins, and quality pins if you ask me. I think a point that is VERY important (and obviously something LuLu*s didn’t think of when making their decision) is that social media isn’t ALL about them. I feel like they chose the winners because those people were posting more Lulu-related content; where in essence, it shouldn’t be completely about LuLu*s but more so the “brand” and the persona of THEIR consumers (a social/digital media 101 tip). That’s what social media is. For it to really be effective, it needs to be unselfish [at times] and by choosing someone who had thousand of followers with very few pins is where they dropped the ball and makes them look like a very self-centered brand. Overall, I think this was a great contest for the consumers, but especially for the brand. People spent a lot of time acting as brand ambassadors for Lulu*s and while I realize not everyone can be winners, I think it would be very interesting for Lulu*s to explain how the winners were chosen. LuLu*s?
