I’m so obsessed with their dresses!
Nice website and cute clothes but awful communication and don’t bother ordering anything you really love because you might never get it. I ordered something a paid for shipping and it’s three weeks and a couple days and it still hasn’t come and when it does we’ll see if it was worth the wait. Happy shopping and good luck! In love with there dresses..
But just ordered a beautiful black dress, at the end of the night my whole body was dark!
Not a cheap dress either for it to have stained my whole body etc.
Highly upset with this website. I was so happy to finally find a nice pair of over the knee heel boots. Unfortunately the boots didn’t ship until like a week after and I didn’t receive a notice or anything if I didn’t call them I wouldn’t have known what happened. Today my boots came and they look used and one of them was ripped in the front. Highly upset, never experienced something like this.
Bought their Serendipitous Black vegan leather moto jacket but got a size too small. The review was not entirely accurate and now I can’t return it because it was final sale.
I bought a beautiful dress off this website. The dress was nice and true to size but the dress had a weird scent to it and not like a warehouse scent it smelled like body oder or curry. I had to wash the dress before wearing it. Dress was too nice to return.
I have ordered from Lulus in the past but honestly I won’t in the future. I ordered 4 dresses for my daughter to try for her spring sorority formal. Not only did it take THREE weeks to receive the dresses, there was NO communication from Lulus as to why the order took so long. I had to keep calling (and waiting on hold) to finally be told that Lulus had apparently changed warehouses right when I placed my order and that is why processing took so long. NO ONE FROM LULUS TOLD ME THIS. They never sent an email or tell me this the first 3 times I called to check on the order. All I was told was “your order is processing and will be shipped soon”. When we finally received the dresses, we kept two of them and I returned two. This was also a nightmare. It took Lulus almost three weeks to process my return. Again, I received NO communication from Lulus. I was told they would email me when they received my return and again when my account was credited. Neither was done. I again had to call them to find out what was going on. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the customer service agent simply told me “sorry, we are receiving a large amount of returns at the moment so our processing time is longer”. There are too many other websites out there to order dresses from that are much easier to deal with. The dresses we kept were honestly not worth the headache.
