Nice website and cute clothes but awful communication and don’t bother ordering anything you really love because you might never get it. I ordered something a paid for shipping and it’s three weeks and a couple days and it still hasn’t come and when it does we’ll see if it was worth the wait. Happy shopping and good luck! But just ordered a beautiful black dress, at the end of the night my whole body was dark!
Not a cheap dress either for it to have stained my whole body etc.
Highly upset with this website. I was so happy to finally find a nice pair of over the knee heel boots. Unfortunately the boots didn’t ship until like a week after and I didn’t receive a notice or anything if I didn’t call them I wouldn’t have known what happened. Today my boots came and they look used and one of them was ripped in the front. Highly upset, never experienced something like this.
Bought their Serendipitous Black vegan leather moto jacket but got a size too small. The review was not entirely accurate and now I can’t return it because it was final sale.
I bought a beautiful dress off this website. The dress was nice and true to size but the dress had a weird scent to it and not like a warehouse scent it smelled like body oder or curry. I had to wash the dress before wearing it. Dress was too nice to return.
I have ordered from Lulus in the past but honestly I won’t in the future. I ordered 4 dresses for my daughter to try for her spring sorority formal. Not only did it take THREE weeks to receive the dresses, there was NO communication from Lulus as to why the order took so long. I had to keep calling (and waiting on hold) to finally be told that Lulus had apparently changed warehouses right when I placed my order and that is why processing took so long. NO ONE FROM LULUS TOLD ME THIS. They never sent an email or tell me this the first 3 times I called to check on the order. All I was told was “your order is processing and will be shipped soon”. When we finally received the dresses, we kept two of them and I returned two. This was also a nightmare. It took Lulus almost three weeks to process my return. Again, I received NO communication from Lulus. I was told they would email me when they received my return and again when my account was credited. Neither was done. I again had to call them to find out what was going on. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the customer service agent simply told me “sorry, we are receiving a large amount of returns at the moment so our processing time is longer”. There are too many other websites out there to order dresses from that are much easier to deal with. The dresses we kept were honestly not worth the headache.
I will for sure never be buying anything from lulus again. Not only are the pictures deceiving, but even the reviews were completely off and not honest. I ordered two dresses in XS and both came extremely oversized, wrinkled and not pictured at all. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Also, not to mention I waited for both of these dresses for weeks on end, than when they arrived I couldn’t wear either of them. do not buy from this website. its bullshit. save your money.
I just got my dress for a party I’m going to next week. I ordered it in a size I was worried for, but it literally fits like a glove. The dress arrived in an adorable little box so, so quickly. Not only that, but I adore the style of clothing and organization on the site. So, so happy with the company so far. I’ve spent each day since my purchase promoting the dress/site. I ordered the cutest dresses for a wedding, and they got lost and ended up showing up after the event, and now I will not be refunded for the dresses now. They sell very cute dresses but the service is not as great. This is upsetting since they have cute items.
Ordered a dress from Lulus last week, came in early and I was SUPER excited to pick it up and try it on. I opened the package and it was the wrong dress. Very confused, I contacted customer service and Jade told me that she would happily send me my dress with overnight shipping because I needed it before Thursday for my convocation(this was on Saturday)as long as I sent photos of the wrong dress to email@example.com. By Monday, I was concerned that I hadn’t received a confirmation email or a tracking number, so I sent a few emails inquiring about it and received no response. So I called this afternoon and spoke with Jessica, who was lovely but the problem was out of her hands. Jade had set my order up to be shipped but there was a hold on it, so it wasn’t shipped. It is now Tuesday and I am learning that jade simply didn’t ship my order, even though I sent an email of the incorrect dress. I was also informed that I had to send the incorrect dress back, which is fine but jade also left that part out when I spoke to her. Very disappointed in the carelessness regarding my order and Jades incompetence. Now I am

Lulus has terrible communication and terrible customer service. I called to return my heels. Cause they were stained with yellow marks. Girl said I had to do it online so I emailed and they a whole day to reply 1 message. They did not give me a full refund. They kept $5 for shipping. I shouldn’t be paying for the shipping when the shoes were sent to me stained. I ordered the same pair but I’m a bigger size and yet again the shoes came stained. Emailed them 5 days ago about it & they haven’t replied. DONT BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered a dress based on the size chart and when it arrived it was disproportionate to the size indicated on the chart. I would average it was a large when I ordered a small. I contacted the company and let them know of the error and that I would be happy to accept an exchange but because the item was listed as final sale they were unwilling to budge. I wasted my money and was unable to get a refund or exchange for a dress that was inappropriately labeled and advertised and so large it could not be altered to fit. I will not be purchasing from Lulus in the future and my advice is to ensure you only buy dresses that are full price so you can return if they are falsely advertised.
The sizing is so wrong. I always wear XS for Lulus brand but this dress is more like size M for me. This is the 2nd dress that is in size XS but fit like size M. I’m 5’5, 110 pounds, 32C.
I’m picky and skeptical about online shopping but lulus.com is fantastic. Their customer service is superb. Great quality and amazing value.
So disappointed. Ordered a pair of jeans that were on clearance that I was very excited to wear. The jeans I ordered were a 24 (my size in all the jeans that I own), but these we absolutely not a size 24. Sizing was totally off, these looked like kids jeans. They couldn’t even go past my thighs. So upset and regret the purchase, especially because I cannot return or exchange (final sale item). They need to fix their sizing because this is ridiculous. Won’t be purchasing from here again.
I absolutely love their dresses, but I paid $9 for 3 day shipping for an event coming up. its been 5 days and tracking the order it says it won’t be her for another 5!! I’m getting nervous and frustrated that it won’t be here in time! it is one thing to go with free shipping for it to take longer, but I actually paid extra money for a quicker order… I really do love the dresses and am excited for the dress either way, but it is a little obnoxious for this to be happening.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this website! I HATE shopping in malls and stores. Lulus is not one of those crap Chinese or Japanese on-line stores where you order something for 14.99 and get it 2 months later with off sewn seams, hemlines or sizes. Absolutely everything i’ve ordered from here fits me like a glove. NOt to mention the fabric is much more high quality than anticipated. I have 180 items in my favorites I plan on getting in the next few months if I can afford it. I could seriously shop my work, casual weekend, and date night wardrobes on this site and be SET! I get married next Saturday, and honeymoon in Jamaica for a week. Ordered a dress for each night of my honeymoon and I cant WAIT to rock them. Now by biggest dilemma is which one to wear for the romantic beach photo shoot?!?!!? Gah!
I ordered a cute white skater dress and nude heels from this site and i’m in love! I love how easy it is to navigate through this website and there is just the right amount of assortment in all of the departments. They even have beauty products! I love how it is not overwhelming to shop at like other .com stores can be.
This is the absolute worst website I have ever ordered from. First off I ordered a blush pink dress that I was in love with for my prom and I came to find out a WEEK later they emailed me saying there was a mistake and they don’t have my dress available. That was irritating so I asked what I can do and they basically said they could refund me and I could get a new dress. Well I’m ordering these dresses for my prom and I ordered the original dress three weeks early thinking that was plenty of time for alterations so I was already running low on time. I got a new dress and I told them I needed one day overnight shipping for it and they said yes because they messed up my first order. So I got a new dress and ordered it April 11 just a little over a week before my prom. Today it still wasn’t here (Monday the 16th) so I sent an email asking whyand they didn’t reply so I had to call and they FORGOT to do the one day shipping. So my dress will not be here in time for my prom according to the tracking. Don’t order from here. Save your money.
I ordered a dress for my daughters prom on April 7th I was sent a email there still working on my order and will send me a update when it ships. still no email so I did a live chat today to find out its on a back order now I am on a hunt for another dress while my daughter is crying about her dream dress that’s not going to be here. I thought I was getting a great deal on the dress because I’m on a fixed income. now I am left hanging
I have seen many advertisements for lulus and was very excited to find a dress on there for a ball I have coming up, I was hoping to save money, rather than pay the expense of a Swiss store dress – but save money I did not! I found the dress ‘ON MY OWN BURGUNDY MAXI DRESS’ for $94 and decided i loved the look of the dress and also the reviews seemed positive too, there were some comments about too much material however I decided I would cut some away if so.
I was very excited for my dress to arrive, I used express shipping which was expensive at $39 (I live in Switzerland), and the dress came on time so no problems with that. However, when the postman came to the door I was charged an extra $34 for ‘additional delivery fees & tax’ I was VERY upset about this, a $94 dress has now costs me an extra $73 totalling around $169 – something I would not have paid had I have known this before.
The dress is OK. It fits, but doesn’t look good on me. Im usually a size medium-large, however using the lulus measurements I ordered a size XL. Perhaps the dress does not look good because my boobs aren’t ‘perky’ and I have back fat, so i suppose the ‘sexiness’ of the dress can only be if you have a ‘sexy’ body. So to my other plus sized friends out there, if you have confidence issues with you body – don’t be hopeful that this dress will make it look better, I feel horrible in it.
I also bought a pair of heels from lulus, my feet are not big, nor are they fat, the shoes fit length ways but the strap over my toes is EXTREMELY tight and uncomfortable to wear. another $31 wasted..
I’m very disappointed with lulus, I won’t be using it again and I will be warning my friends about the experience. I feel upset to say the least I have wasted $200 on this order and the fee’s I will pay to return the items will give me an even greater loss.
