ok i think its a bit weird but i guess its a katy thing. she looks to cute and sweet to be wearing that dress though. not sure about this one.

if I had a face like that I would be rocking a blue wig too. The outfit is not so great. What happened to her 40′s style clothing? So much better and less attention whorish.

This season, it’s all about wearing neutral shoes. Katy Perry makes this crazy ensemble work by wearing grey shoes! Or maybe I am just waaaay to in love with her dress and would agree with anything she paired with it! Do you guys carry/plan on carrying something similar? I’ll be the first in line to buy it!
