Hi guys! Kaelah from Little Chief Honeybee here! Despite the frigid temperatures outside, the holidays are the perfect time for a nice, blended cocktail to sip by the fire. Today I’m sharing with you a new favorite of ours: a Christmas Cookie! It combines loads of delicious flavors and packs a nice, warm punch once enjoyed. It really does taste like a cookie!

 Christmas Cookie (makes one)

  • 1 ounce Bailey’s
  • 1 ounce Kahlua
  • 1 ounce Peppermint schnapps
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3 ounces milk
  • A few ice cubes

Directions

  1. Mix all of your ingredients into a blender.
  2. Pulse until liquified.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with some yummy whipped cream. You can choose to garnish your drink with crushed peppermints or holiday cookies.

If peppermint totally isn’t your thing, you’re in luck! It’s so easy to drastically change the flavor of this cocktail, just by replacing one ingredient. Instead of using peppermint schnapps, try using butterscotch! Then you can crush butterscotch pieces for the garnish. (This one is my favorite!)

If you prefer to stay alcohol-free, you can use peppermint or butterscotch syrup to give your mocktail the flavor you’re after. Enjoy!
