It was not my favorite of the Sookie Stackhouse novels, but it was still a good read. I agree with Cara though, Sookie's clothes are ridiculous. I just read Sh*t My Dad Says - it was supper funny and quick! I'm currently reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, but i think it's rather silly and boring at times. I also plan on reading World War Z and the J.R. Ward Vampire series. Eat Pray Love sounds like in interesting read too; may give it a try :) I read Dead in the Family as soon as it was out in May. I'm a HUGE Sookie fan but is it just me or is the clothing she wears in the book ghastly? I have such a hard time reading descriptions like "I was wearing a light blue pantsuit with pink embroidered flowers." Thank God HBO does a better job with Sookie's wardrobe! Fun read though not my favorite in the series. (that would be Dead and Gone;) I read Dead in the Family a few weeks ago.
