New York Fashion Week brought us some of the most fabulous looks last week, setting the runways ablaze with the “hautest” pieces from our favorite designers. But let us not forget about an even larger catwalk, the streets of NY! The street style was strong this year as thousands flocked to NYFW, and we were totally inspired by uber-fashionable show-goers and celebrities alike!
The details in these two outfits are killer. From a furry bag to a feathered flannel, a pretty pink coat to a box clutch, the style is superb!
Karlie Kloss and Candice Swanepoel make model-off-duty look easy!
These daring divas took denim to another level in head-to-toe jean looks, and we love!
Alexa Chung looked demure and classic, even on the busy streets of New York!
We loved the sporty-chic looks we were seeing, as well as menswear done right on Nicole of Gary Pepper Girl!
New York Fashion Week has come to a fabulous end, and everyone is still a-buzz about the fashion, the celebs, and, of course, the cool catwalk tunes! So, naturally, we have to bring you some of our favorite tracks that were the backdrop for NYFW’s amazing collections! We are willing to bet each of these songs will have you strutting your stuff in no time!
DKNY shook it up with this mash-up!
“Rude Boy Resort” – Papa Roach vs. Rihanna
Lela Rose kept it royal!
“White Teeth Teens” – Lorde
J. Crew had us dancing!
“Latch” – Disclosure feat. Sam Smith
Alexander Wang took us back and pumped us up!
“Eye of the Tiger” – Survivor
Marc by Marc Jacobs kept it mellow and we were in love!
“Elephant” – Tame Impala
This year’s Met Gala red carpet was nothing shy of breathtaking. Chalk-full of gorgeous gals and handsome fellas, the A-list looked better than ever! The highly-anticipated theme was “white tie and diamonds” and the sky was the limit for our favorite celebs. It was a tough decision, but here are our favorites for the fabulous evening!
Suki Waterhouse was too-pretty in a tiered Burberry that was to-die-for, and Hayden Panettiere was a cotton candy cutie in Dennis Basso!
These babes made black and white look phenomenal! Haylee Steinfeld was all-grown-up in Prabal Gurung, while Charlize Theron was as statuesque as ever in her fitted Dior gown.
Kendall Jenner slayed the red carpet in a fit-and-flare champagne dress, accented perfectly with diamonds from Chopard!
Jessica Alba and Rita Ora were laced-up and lovely at the Met Gala! Jessica wore Diane von Furstenberg, and Rita donned Donna Karan Atelier.
The details on these two dolls were simply divine. Chloë Moretz rocked her Chanel dress, while Katie Holmes channeled our favorite Disney princess in a golden Marchesa!
Oh RiRi! Our favorite bad girl wore a white, two-piece Stella McCartney on the red carpet, and she was flawless!
Hot couple alert! The red carpet was full of fashion and lots of love, and we were simply smitten with these precious couples! I mean, really, could they BE any more perfect?!
Beyoncé and Jay Z were gorgeous in Givenchy Couture, bringing the glamour of Old Hollywood to the modern day!
How could we possibly fall any more in love with Emma Stone?! The pretty starlet wore pink Thakoon in the most perfect way, and he side braid was the ultimate accent!
Our best dressed of the night? The belle of the ball, Blake Lively! The moment she stepped onto the red carpet with hubby Ryan Reynolds, we were floored! The delicate beading on her Gucci Première gown was a scene-stealer (and that train, swoooon)! The bodice fit like a glove, and her side-swept finger wave was the most glamorous touch. The actress was all smiles (and rightfully so with that arm candy), and we still can’t get over how lovely she was!
