Paris Couture Week may have come to an end, but our style recap has only just begun! Aside from the amazing couture fashion on the runway, the street style of attendees is almost equally anticipated! Even with cloudy weather and a bit of rain, these fashionistas hit the pavement in their couture week best. Check out some of the fab trending styles that we spotted on the streets of Paris below.
Pretty Midis – In just about every shade and material, flowing high-waisted midi skirts were in abundance! We love how this classic silhouette pairs perfectly with a basic blouse or top, or a fun shoe, for a bold statement!
Oversized Outerwear – From bold prints to bright solids, these sophisticated swing coats give a nod to the 60s with a modern twist. Several of these oversized coats were styled with dresses or skirts of equal length, or the coat fully buttoned and worn as a dress itself!
Cool Denim – Straight from their moms’ closets, vintage-inspired denim was spotted on several show-goers this year; with high-waisted and oversized cuts being a popular choice. We love the juxtaposition a modern shoe or accessory brings to this look!
Chic Trousers – Last and certainly not least, the ever-so-chic ivory trouser was a go-to that not only worked well for the occasion, but brought a bit of breezy comfort to the days’ looks. From fitted and ankle-grazing, to wide and lengthy, you really can’t go wrong with this classic pant choice.
